Summary:
Set-up molds in presses per schedule and value stream leadership direction.
Participates in troubleshooting process issues with presses.
Essential Job Functions / Primary
Responsibilities:
Set up molds in presses properly as directed Clean molds using ice blasting equipment Keep current with changes to the schedule Inform value stream leadership of any problems or potential problems with molds.
Store all molds in their designated locations and keep the Production updated to their status.
Participate in elimination of waste within process Other duties as assigned Other
Responsibilities:
May be asked to operate press during down time Continuous Improvement activities Work OT as needed Education:

HS diploma or equivalent Desired:
Experience:
Required:
Injection molding experience Desired:
2 years injection molding experience Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
Basic Microsoft Office, basic math, and GDP Desired:
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to be on feet for majority of shift.
